Description

Elaboration:

The grapes are harvested during the early morning and, once in the winery, they are kept macerated with the skins until the rosé must is bled. Once the solid residues have been eliminated, by static racking at 8 ºC, the clean must begins to ferment, under the action of selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes:

This Cabernet monovarietal wine has an intense nose, very fruity, where the aromas of grapes (blueberry, raspberry, pepper) stand out. In the mouth it presents a meaty and full attack. Its balanced acidity makes it an agile and lively wine. Its evolution in the mouth is magnificent, with a long and tasty finish in which the varietal aromas stand out.
