Ramón Bilbao Pink is a vegan wine elaborated without automatic pressing. The grape, mix of VIURE and GARNACHA, enters the tank and macera for two-four hours. Collection of the moss without mechanical pressing to synthesize the most primary aromas and flavors, reminiscent of the Floral touches of the Garnacha. Fermentation at low temperature (14ºC).
View: Pink Salmon, Pale Intensity. It is clean, bright and with a light presence of tears.
Nose: Franco and clean in aromas. Medium intensity. Aromas of white fruit (pear, apple) and red fruit (currant, strawberry), citrus aromas and white flowers (chamomile).
Boca: Refreshing and balanced acidity. Citrus aromas and red fruits in retronasal. It is a wine in harmony, with a good balance between acidity and structure.
Ideal as aperitif and cold dishes as white asparagus, seafood spatter, grilled vegetables , carpaccio of veal or risottos. At the ideal temperature of consumption (8-10ºC), a blue matasels will appear on the front label that will indicate that this wine is ready to take.
