Description

This Ron Aldea Reserva Familia 2005 is produced following the traditional method of the Aldea distillery. The Ron Aldea Reserva Familia 2005 is produced by crushing and pressing sugar cane to produce this golden rum. The juice is then fermented naturally for 30 hours before being distilled in column stills. Once the eau-de-vie is obtained, it rests in French oak barrels until the desired rum is obtained. This Aldea Reserva Familia 2005 assembles several rums from different vintages with a minimum age of 15 years. When tasting it, the aromas of spices and its elegant and complex character stand out.
