Description

This rosé reserve Clàssic Penedès wine is an interpretation of traditional rosé sparkling wines of the area through their own Mediterranean varieties. Clean and bright look, it has a subtle pale pink color. Fine and persistent bubble of medium evolution with abundant formation of rosaries and crown. In nose is clean, frank and elegant. Dominate the aromas of apple rigging on a background of red fruits where the strawberry and raspberry stand out. The palate is very fruity, fresh and magnificent acidity, fine and elegant, with very creamy carbon and well combined. Altogether is alive, balanced, round and elegant.
