Codorníu 1551 Brut Nature is the Cava that receives the name in honor of the year in which the legendary Codorníu began to dazzle the world. This cava is made from the three most traditional varieties in the area: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and, ultimately, pared. It is a very easy to drink cava thanks to its perfect balance, its freshness, youth and elegance. Codorníu 1551 stands out in the desktop and in the appetizer.

Tasting note:

is sample of pale straw yellow with thin and persistent bubble. Fresh, with soft floral aromas and nice notes to toasted bread and honey. In the mouth, fine bubbles make an appearance to end a balanced and fresh finish.
