Description

Codorníu Extra Brut is the authentic reference of the traditional cava, heir of the history of the winery since 1872. Cava developed from the traditional varieties of the area: the Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada. The combination of these three varieties, extracted from the most Mediterranean area of ??D.O. Cava, make extra brut a rigid cava, structure and subtlety. Ideal for all kinds of sausages, snacks, white meats and fish.

Tasting note:
In Cup it shows gold yellow, seducing with a thin and elegant bubble. The aromas of white and citrus fruits harmonize with the notes to nuts. Already in the mouth, it is fresh and balanced.
