The coupage, includes more than 100 different wines (of which between 20% and 30% are reserve wines selected to improve their maturity, complexity and perseverance), reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three Grape varieties: Pinot Noir (30-40%), Pinot Meunier (30-40%) and Chardonnay (20-30%).
Nose, vibrant intensity of green apple and citrus, freshness of mineral nuances and white flowers and elegance of blond notes (brioche, cereal, fresh nuts). In the mouth, delicious sumptuousness of white fruit (pear, peach, apple), seductive caress of its fine bubbles and soft vivacity of citrus and shades of gooseberry.
