The grapes used to elaborate COMPARED INTENS ROSAT are of the varieties (86%) Monastrell and (14%) Garnacha, which come from Alt Penedès (Barcelona - Spain), of vineyards worked following the Ecological and certified biodynamic viticulture located in Corpinnat territory, cradle of the great sparkling wines of the historic Penedès wine region. The color of the wine is obtained by maceration of the must with the skins of the grape ink for thirteen hours. Bottle aging of a minimum of 4 years and 2 months (50 months) with Natural cork stopper, a sustainable, recyclable and technically ideal material to preserve the originating sense of a long-aged sparkling wine.
