Description

Each variety of grape is harvested 100% by hand and at its optimum ripening point. Minimum of 50 months of aging in bottle. In this way the sparkling is enriched in aromas and flavors. Manual clarification in pupitres an disgorgement without adding sugars.

Tasting note:

On the nose, it highlights the white fruit, like the pear, on a well-marked note of briochía, flan of candy, pastry cream, candied fruit. Fresh and delicate mouth entry. On the palate, it is dry, with the presence of fresh herbs that open a window to the field, where the white flowers stand out. With notes of pastry and cream, making a very pleasant mouth finish.
