Tasting note:

Pale golden color with greenish reflections. Very fine bubble of abundant rosary. Very aromatic cava where the primary aromas of white fruit (white peach, pear) and citrus (grapefruit) stand out on a creamy fine pastry and torrefacto background in harmony. In the palate it is fresh, with a very well integrated carbon, unctuous, long and live.
