Description

The base wine ages the barrel over its lees for 4 months at controlled temperature (14-15 ºC). The 2nd fermentation in the bottle is with the first 100% natural cork stopper, horizontally in the rhyme and with a aging of more than 30 months in traditional bottle on its lees.
