Description

Elaborated with 45% Macabeo, 20% Xarel.lo and 35% Parellada and vinified in the property with own yeasts. Bottle aging with natural cork stopper with its lees, for 8 years in the cavas at constant temperature.

Tasting note: Yellow reflections. Very creamy with notes of mature fruit, intense oven apple, toasted and long-aging pastry.
