Armand de Brignac Blanc de Blancs Magnum 1,5L

This very limited production 100% Chardonnay cuvée is crafted from traditional Chardonnay territory, the Côte des Blancs, and almost half of the blend is from the lauded Montagne de Reims. This unique assemblage delivers both minerality, suppleness, roundness and lightness from the Montagne de Reims terroir, providing even greater aging potential.

Tasting notes:

Lightly buttered, baked pastry notes are followed by aromas of pear, hazelnut and a hint of gingerbread. On the palate, flavors of guava, gooseberry and peach are complemented by sweet spices and a fresh mineral finish.

Beautiful paired with carpaccio of shellfish or scallops, sashimi, grilled sea bass or a light cheese.
