Description
In 1818, Madame Clicquot invented the first rosé champagne mixed known in the world, and even today you can enjoy your vividness and the explosion of fruits that define its flavor. The Cuvée, elaborated with 50 to 60 different crus, is based on the traditional Assemblage of Brut Yellow Label: from 44% to 48% of Pinot Noir, from 13% to 18% of Meunier and 25 % to 29% of Chardonnay. The mixture is completed with 12% of a tranquil red wine with its red grapes, which provides a fruity flavor. The long aging time in our "Crayères" (minimum of 3 years for the Yellow Label) gives champagne its sedity.
