Description

The Subirat Parent grape, native of the Penedés area, is very aromatic and intense. The cava has aromas that remind flowers, such as rose petals, and fruit, like lychee or passion fruit. In Boca, it is a very cool cava and, at the same time, dry.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 6 - 8 ºC, it is a cava with a great aromatic potential, which is ideal to accompany all kinds of dishes that carry fruit like salads, fresh fruit (pineapple, strawberries, kiwi) or sorbets of acidic fruits (such as tangerine or mango).
