Description

The wine begins its elaboration as the VI of Glass, which is prepared since 1997, previously under the name of VI de Gel. The process has been varying over time based on a premise: the extraction of the essence, which represents the noblest part of the grape. Currently and after years of investigations, it is elaborated with a prototype powered by liquid nitrogen. In order to achieve the frizzante result, a second fermentation of a part of its sugars is performed. It is a fresh cold wine, a new legal category that has recently incorporated to the Denomination of Origin Penedès. :
