In Jesús María (Mexico) the extraodarium is elaborated Tequila Extra Añejo plane Reserve 44. After an extra-complex processing process this Tequila Premium is one of the most acclaimed in the world. The blue agave is extracted from high elevations in which an average of 7 to 10 years is growing. Its harvested is manual and toast is made in brick honors for three days at low temperature. Thanks to this method, the agave ends caramelizing and exploits its sweeter character. Distillation is in small batches and at ALAMBIBS from Jesus Mary. Once distilled, it is filtered into a process that takes up to ten times more than any other Tequila. It passes up to 43 months in oak barrels and then aging in small barrels that are rotated daily. This process gives a color to Scotch whiskey, with a hot vanilla aroma and spices. The Boca is complex, with tastes to oak and ripe fruits. A spectacular tequila who will fall in love who proves it.
