Cardhu is originally from one of the oldest distilleries of Speyside, which has been nestled on the slopes near the Spey River. The Whiskies that make up the Cardhu range have a vivachage character that surprises in each sip. This exquisite version of Speyside Cardu has been aged for 15 years and is equipped with multiple layers of an almost magical aroma to fruits and top. The strength and purity of the flavor of the Malta Cardhu whiskeys are usually described with reference to their silky sensation. This variety received the silver medal at the San Francisco International Wine and Spirit Competition of 2014. The brittle clarity of the chocolate truffles and strawberries of the Scottish highlands fits perfectly with the soft and intense character of fruits of Cardhu.
