Macabeumo monovarietal, the grapes used to elaborate agaliu come from the Vallbona vineyards of Les Monges, in the Valls subzone of the Riu Corb of the Costers of Segre. Fermentation at controlled temperature (15-17ºC) in American and French oak barrels, with a percentage of new wood that never exceeds 15% to respect the varietal character of the macabeum. Foster about the battonages with weekly battonage for 3-4 months.
