Evely semisweet Bach is elaborated with Xarel·lo and Macabeo and its winemaking is traditional: After the desccation and pressing it cools and clarifies the must preparing it For alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature for 7 or 10 days. Varieties are vinified separately and the coupage is harmonic. After the mixing processes, follow a wine maturation with French and American oaks of different roasted for months, which gives it its characteristic bouquet.
