Description

Elaboration:

Fermentation and aging of 6 months on lees in concrete eggs and stainless steel tanks. 10% of the wine is aged in 300-liter oak barrels.

Tasting note:

pale yellow and with rich aromatic expression, in which citrus notes And floral give way to mattes of mature fruit and tender almond. In the mouth, it has a generous structure and a live acidity, with a prolonged final.
