Mountain farm is a wine ecological 100% green from a farm with vessel strains over 40 years. The must ferment only in the presence of its autochthonous yeasts, this particularity transmits a greater aromatic personality and originality to the wine. At the end of the fermentation, the wine remains in contact with its fine lees for 8 months, 80% in stainless steel tank and 20% in a French oak rule of 6,000 liters capacity. This process of parenting on fine leias increase the body, unctuousness and complexity of the wine, as well as improving its aromatic stability during its permanence in bottle.
Marqués de Riscal Bet for making a wine with the minimum intervention I can highlight the varietal purity and the character of the terroir of this area of ??Duero. Respect for the environment, the autochthonous fauna and the ecosystem makes the cultivation more sustainable and lengthens the life of the vineyards as a future guarantee of the quality of its wines. Total sulfur levels do not exceed 50% of the authorized doses for ecological wines.
Verdish yellow wine . On the nose it has a marked varietal aroma of green with an average intensity, fennel notes, fine herbs, white flowers, pear and peach. In the mouth is fat, fresh, very unctuous and with a long, round finish. A good acidity along with a foster period over its finer lees, will make it stay fresh in time and keep all its aromatic complexity. It is a wine that does not seek so much explosiveness in nose, but a more varietal, elegant and complex character.
