Description

Elaboration:

Young wine 100% Viura (Macabeo). Short film maceration from 2 to 4 hours before proceeding to a soft press. Low temperature alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank. The wine is transferred and maintained on thin lees for a while to achieve its delicate volume. A soft cold treatment is made in order to ensure stability, maintain the freshness and intensity of their aromas.

Tasting note:

Fresh and fruity and fruity virancy. Complex and suggestive nose with melon notes on a discreet floral background. Live and Franco, its volume slides in its mouth with elegance and delicacy. Long tasting end with great balance that invites you to taste it at all times.
