A special elaboration: Riesling style, Alma de Verdejo to preserve the natural acidity of the varietal, we perform an early vintage. After a follow-up and first selection of the clusters in La Viña, we made a manual vintage. We had them in a refrigeration chamber to preserve its aromatic components. After going through the selection table, the grape, without descalillar, was macerated cold and pressed gently. The must be shifted for 24 hours and fermented slowly with native natural yeasts, in small stainless steel tanks and low temperature.
Verdling Trocken 2016 Displays a fresh and tasty character. The Verdejo variety contributes distinctive vegetable notes that make it very nice and reinforce its more intense aspect. In addition, the high natural acidity of the wines appears very balanced with the rest of features.
