sea & cel de lacrima baccus is a young white wine elaborated with varieties of grape Xarel·lo, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Each variety ferments separately in stainless steel tanks after mixing and searching the sipage.
Color: Clean and bright, Pale yellow with greenish reflections.
Nose: Intensely fruity, with white flower notes and a pleasant touch of citrus (grapefruit) very long and elegant. It stands out for its refreshing style.
Boca: Silky and intense on the palate with a Fruit living acidity and a vegetative note of spicy fennel, well structured, soft and refreshing.
is an ideal wine to take it alone in a hot summer day, it is also a perfect complement for tofu salads and seaweed. Japanese and Thai cuisine, medium maturing sheep cheeses, perfect for all types of fish, paella and turkey.
Lacrima Baccus is a recognition of the ancestors of Caves Lavernoya, who already in 1890 began the production and aging of wines and cavas. Today, they continue to produce quality wines, with ethical responsibility and applying ecology, always working as a team and improving day by day.
Their estate has 20 hectares of their own vineyards where native grape varieties such as Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Garnacha are grown, as well as international varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. They work in two different appellations of origin: DO Cava and DO Penedés.
