Elaboration:

Alcoholic fermentation starts in 500-liter barrels, where wine remains in touch with its fine lees for 10 months until your bottling.

Tasting notes:

It is a mature white wine with aromas of white fruit, mineral notes and touches of citrus. On the palate it is fat, enveloping and balanced. A wine that stands out for its bright acidity, its elegant mid palate and its marked salinity.
