Elaboration:

The process of CUNE VERDEJO begins with the selection of the best vineyards of the Verdejo variety from the denomination Origin Wheel. It is a young wine, fermented in stainless steel deposits at controlled temperature to preserve all the Fruit primary aromas.

Tasting note:

< Strong> Cune Verdejo is a wine of high aromatic intensity, with peach aromas, apricot and gentle notes aniseed. The mouth entry is soft and its passage through the palate is very expressive. The end has a certain bitterness that gives length and freshness in the retronassel.
