Verdejo Protos is a wine Monovarietal of Verdejo that performs about 3 months approximately.
Color: straw yellow color with greenish nuances that indicate youth. Very clean and bright.
Nose: Aroma of medium-high and complex intensity. Stop fresh tropical such as pineapple and citrus aromas, along with white fruit (apple), and herbaceans (boj and fennel), typical of the variety Verdejo.
Dry wine, with an entrance that surprises to unite freshness and moderate natural acidity and balanced with roundness, body and structure that provides the fogging on fine lias. Slightly bitter, characteristic of verdejo and with a long persistence that leaves a pleasant memory of the wine in the mouth.
White fish, tuna, sushi, rice with seafood, paella , pasta, asian food, chicken, fresh or blue cheeses.
