Description

From Ribeiro, this wine brings together all the diversity and richness of this appellation of origin. O Pequeno shows an environment marked by Sábrego soils, the particular climate of the Galician interior and the traditional local varieties of Ribeiro: treixadura (80%), albariño, godello, torrontés and loureira. This wine interprets the diversity and richness of the Avia Valley with an assembly of different strains marked by the same expressive character. The wine ends up fermenting individually by zones and varieties in different stainless steel, oak and concrete tanks. It is bottled after approximately 7 months of aging in the same fermentation tanks.
