Elaboration:

Near the Viñas del Vero winery is located the "El Enebro" estate where the vineyard where the gewürztraminer variety is extracted was planted in 1990. This vineyard has an ideal microclimate for this variety, which originates from France. After harvesting and destemming, the grapes are cooled to 6 degrees and the must and skins are macerated for seven hours. The result is Viñas del Vero Gewürztraminer which is then bottled the second week of December. 

Tasting notes:

At first sight it surprises with a greenish-yellow color. The nose is floral, with a floral range and exotic fruit that catches us. The palate is unctuous, persistent and delicate. A great wine for all kinds of appetizers, exotic and spicy dishes. We recommend serving at 7 to 9 degrees.
