Description

Made with Viura (Macabeo) and Malvasia grapes. Its fermentation and ageing is carried out in French and American oak barrels on lees, stirring regularly for 90 days. It is then aged for a minimum of 6 months in bottle. Its ageing on the lees gives it personality and elegance.

Tasting notes:

Pale yellow colour. Intense nose with notes of citrus and white fruits. Fresh on the palate, with a delicate acidity and a finish where the sweet tannins of the wood can be appreciated.
