Shipping Conditions

DIVYL, SA, through the website accessible with the domain name www.vinosonline.es and its subdomains (hereinafter “the Website”) only sends its products to: Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands (Spain), Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic and Romania. It will not be possible to carry out the purchase process through the Website to destinations other than those indicated, including the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla.

The products purchase on the Website is subject to the payment of the corresponding shipping costs, by the buyer. The shipping costs will depend on the destination and the number of products purchased according to the indicative table below. In any case, the actual shipping costs will be detailed throughout the purchase process and the buyer will have the possibility to review these costs before finalizing their purchase.

Shipments of more than 60 bottles (Spain)
Contact us in info@vinosonline.es and send us your order and delivery address details. We will make you a personalized quote for your palletized shipment.

*The number of bottles in each range is indicated in 70cl and 75cl (1,5 kg weight). In the case of larger formats than those mentioned above, the shippings costs will be calculated from its weight. do not hesitate to contact us if you need more information about weights and shipping costs calculation.

**The delivery times indicated are understood from the business day following the order confirmation, likewise, the shipping costs mentioned above include, in addition to transporting the products, their packaging in boxes specially designed and approved to transport bottles, insurance against loss or breakage. The prices shown above do not include VAT.

The orders delivery will be made at the address freely designated by the User. We can not send our products to any Post Office Box or similar. DIVYL, SA, will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product doesn't take place as a result of the inaccuracy or falsity of the data provided by the User for this purpose, as well as in the event that the delivery cannot be made for other reasons, such as the absence of the recipient at the delivery address.

In the absence of the recipient and whenever possible, a passing note will be left with the information necessary to arrange a new delivery to the recipient's address or the necessary instructions for the recipient to pick up the product at a certain location. In any case, 7 days after the last delivery attempt without the order being delivered, it will be returned to origin and the contract will be terminated.

Collection Conditions

DIVYL, S.A, offers the User the option, through the Website, to collect their order directly from the distribution warehouse located in Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona) or from associated establishments. The available collection options are:

*Collection hours from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12:30 pm and afternoons from 3 pm to 5:15 pm, Friday from 9 am to 12:30 am and from 3pm to 5 pm.

Choice this option during the purchase process does not imply any cost for the User, who must go to the selected collection point with the purchase receipt, and the User will also be asked for documentation that proves the ownership of the account from where the order was formalized. In the event that the account holder cannot exercise the withdrawal of his order, he may authorize a third person in his place, as long as he provides proof of purchase and an authorization from the account holder with a photocopy of an official identity document.

The products delivery will be carried out always guaranteeing the correct condition of the product and always in the presence of the person in charge of the collection. DIVYL, S.A, will not assume any responsibility for damage that the product may present, once it has been delivered.

Discounts on shipping costs

We offer discounts for both national and international shipments.

For national orders (Spain) we offer a 100% discount on shipping costs for orders over € 150 in bottles including taxes of twelve or less bottles. Said bottles that must not exceed a weight of 1.5 kg. Therefore, if the customer buys twelve bottles of red wine with a capacity of 75 cl. and the amount is higher than € 150, you can enjoy the discount in question. To apply the discount to the order, the customer must enter the code "ENVIOGRATIS" in the "Do you have a promotional code?" located in the purchase process. Not combinable with other promotions.

For international orders we offer a 50% discount on shipping costs for orders over € 390 in bottles including taxes of twelve or less bottles. Said bottles that must not exceed a weight of 1.5 kg. Therefore, if the customer buys twelve bottles of red wine with a capacity of 75 cl. and the amount is higher than € 390, you can enjoy the discount in question. To apply the discount, the customer must enter the code "50SHIP" in the section "Do you have a promotional code?" located in the purchase process. Not combinable with other promotions.
