Shipping Cost discount and other promotions

I have placed an order of more than €150 and the free shipping promotion does not apply

Free shipping promotion is only valid for national shipments (Spain - Peninsula). If it is your case please visit our Shipping and Collection Policy for more details.

I have placed an order of more than €390 and the 50% OFF on shipping promotion does not apply

To enjoy this promotion you must apply the 50SHIP promotional code on the cart page (https://vinosonline.es/en/cart). To do this, first enter your delivery address and then add the discount code. If you do not do it in that order, the error "The discount coupon code is not valid" will appear.

Remember that this promotion is only valid for international orders (see countries), over an amount of €390, including taxes, of twelve or less bottles.

The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or other discount codes (not even the €10 discount for subscribing to the Newsletter).

If you meet all the requirements and the discount coupon is still not applied, contact us by Whatsapp or email and we will try to solve the problem.

How to apply a Discount Code?

Once you have all the products added to your cart, go to the cart page (https://vinosonline.es/en/cart). Below the total price of your order you will find a text input field called "Promo Code", enter the code in it and press the add button.

It may be that, if your order meets requirements, suggestions for discount coupons will appear below this text input field. To apply them, you only need to click on the name of the proposed discount.

Error: "Discount coupon code is not valid"

This error that is displayed when trying to enter a discount coupon in the field in the cart can be due to several reasons, the most common are:

  • ENVIOGRATIS or 50SHIP coupon is tried to be applied before entering the delivery address. Until the delivery address has been entered, it cannot be verified if your order qualifies for the coupon and gives this error
  • The entered coupon has some type error
  • The requirements to apply the promotion are not met

How do I login?
I can't find the product I want

Use the search engine located at the top right of the page and make sure you write the name of the product correctly. If you do not get results, you can write to us at info@vinosonline.es detailing what product you are looking for and its quantity, we will try to do our best to help you.

The product I want is out of stock

We are sorry, due to the transport crisis, the COVID crisis and Brexit, our suppliers are having problems delivering all products to us as quickly as usual.

We recommend that you use the “Notify me when available” function (which you will find on the page of the product without stock) so that we can notify you as soon as it is available again.

If you prefer not to wait, you can send us an email to info@vinosonline.es so that we can advise you on a product that we have in stock and that is similar to the one you want.

Where is my order?

To track your order you must log in to your account and go to the "Order history and details" section. Once here, you will be able to see a summary of the status of your order.

If you want to have more details and the shipping tracking code, you must click on "Data" to the right of the order.

There are no available carriers in my shipping address

First, check our Shipping and Collection Policy to see if we ship to your country.

If your country is on the list, make sure you don't exceed the maximum number of bottles per order. In international shipments the maximum is 20 bottles and in national shipments (Spain) it is 36 bottles. If you want to buy more quantity you can divide your order into two or more orders, remove products from your shopping cart or contact us to offer you a personalized solution.

PayPal payments

Orders paid with PayPal will require 2 days to verify the data of the paying PayPal account. VinosOnline.es reserves the right to contact both the customer who places the order and the administrator user of the PayPal account to confirm their identity.

Orders paid with PayPal may have a surcharge.

Payments cannot be made through the PayPal platform in "Click & Collect" orders or those that contain products of Cuban origin.
