Mainly developed with Tempranillo and a small percentage of Syrah, with 15 months of fogging in French and American oak and American oak barrels of different ages. Although the geographical limit excluded Bodegas Mauro de la Name of Origin Ribera del Duero, this has not been an obstacle to create an excellent wine at the national and international level under the denomination wines of Castilla y León. Mauro offers us some crianza wines with its own seal that makes them recognizable, elaborated mainly with Tempranillo vineyards of the Douro and transpinet. 80 hectares of vineyard, planted mainly with Tinto Fino and syrah, are located on light, filtering, easy-to-work and balanced texture, limestone or clay-calcareous soils according to the plots.
Mauro is described as a structured red wine, balanced, silky, full of mature fruit.
Serve from 16ºC to 18ºC. The decant is recommended.
