This aquavit was launched in 1946 as part of the celebration of Aalborg Taffel Akvavit's 100 year jubilee, hance the name Jubilaemus Akvavit. It is a golden and luxurius aquavit, made form distillate of dill and coriander seeds, rounded with extract of American white oak.
The Jubilaemus Akvavit goues perfectly with medium spiced food, fish and pork.
