Description

Elaboration:

After the vintage, the grapes "Solen" in the vineyard so that is passified and concentrated on their natural sugar. Aged during 12 years in Jerez de la Frontera.

Tasting note:

Very dark mahogany color with iodized bubble. Floral and citrus aromas, with flavor of raisins and spicy fruits. Full and very long on the palate. Hugely sweet, with a pleasant acidity.

Pairing:

Wine of dessert in itself, can accompany puff pastries, pastas and desserts made of fruits or yogurt.
