Jinzu is a gin of soft structure elaborated with Sake that borrows from Japan both its flavors as their philosophy. Jinzu is a creation of the waitress Dee Davies, winner of the "Show Your Spirit" contest that animated the professionals of the cocktails to create their own drink and brand. Jinzu is inspired by the trip of Dee to Japan and in his passion for experimenting with the flavors. The drink is based on almost 250 years of tradition and experience in the artisanal work of distillation to create a rereading of the Gin Classical British with a delicious Japanese insinuation that offers the consumer a trip from the West to the East With just a sip.
