Bombay Citron Pressé is the new invention of the Bombay brand. Behind Bramble they have developed this gin infused with lemons harvested early in the season. They are hand peeled and concentrated to create a 100% natural fruit infusion with no added sugars.
The nose is wonderfully bright and vibrant, the fragrant lemon is backed by classic Bombay London Dry Gin notes. The rich sweetness on the nose is balanced by the sharpness of the lemon which paves the way for the subtle spices of juniper and coriander to shine through.
On the palate an intense burst of fresh, juicy lemon coats the palate with a rounded sweetness, this is carefully balanced by a pleasing acidity that slowly diminishes to reveal a delicate warmth.
The finish delivers a lingering, savoury finish, where the refreshing lemon flavour continues to evolve, marrying harmoniously with the other botanicals, revealing a deeper complexity of flavour.
