Wine prepared, in its entirety, with Tempranillo grapes selected from the vineyard of the farm that gives the name "Finca the plant", owned by the Arzuaga Navarro family, located a few Kilometers of the winery, in the last of the Douro.
The grape is harvested in the coolest hours of the day, looking for the ideal maturity parameters for this type of wine , paging the features of smell-taste freshness, which will later take place in wine. Once in a cellar, it is covered to carry out a cold premote maceration for two days in stainless steel tanks, before performing for another 7 days the alcoholic fermentation at 22 ºC. Once the fermentations will be finished, it will proceed to perform the for six months in French and American oak barrels.
