Description

Elaboration:

Luis Cañas Family Reservation It is elboored with 85% Tempranillo and 15% of other varieties, Old vineyards More than 45 years of age. Malolactic fermentation in new barrel and aging of 20 months in barrels new 50% French oak and other 50% American oak.

Tasting note:

Red color pillow very covered. In the nose it is intense and very complex. They emphasize their mature black fruit, dairy nuances, reinforced by the toast of the barrel. Spicy notes, liquor and earthy nuances. On the palate is spacious, with a lot of volume, a sustained and without edge step. Final force and tasty where licorice notes and bitter chocolate reappear.
