It is a sackage (mix) of the varieties of Garnacha grape (50%) and Cariñena (50%), traditional varieties of the Doq Prirat, where this VI of Morlanda Guarda (Guardian wine). When the malolactic fermentation ends, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels where it will follow their slow and careful upbringing for 12 months.
Color: Intense red with garnet flashes.
Aroma: presents a great aromatic intensity. It is a wine loaded with nuances, very complex. Displays mature black fruit notes such as plums and also of licorice that are harmoniously integrated with the aromas that its long and careful aging in French oak barrels: toasted, tobacco, cedar and light touches spicy.
Boca: It is extremely tasty. Very well structured thanks to its mature and soft tannins. In Boca, the roasted aromas and the mature black fruit. It's a very long end wine, to enjoy it slowly.
