Viña Pomal Ecológico is characterized by traditional vinification: after de-stemming and crushing, alcoholic fermentation takes place for two weeks, during which the wine acquires a smooth structure, pleasant and intensely fruity. Aged for 6 months in new American oak barrels, they give us the complexity and maturity necessary to complete the expression of this red wine.

Tasting notes:

Aroma of black fruits, violets and liquorice typical of the Tempranillo grape variety, accompanied by the spices typical of the barrel (vanilla, roasted). In the mouth it develops all its potential as fresh and expressive, showing a balanced and pleasant wine.

Viña Pomal Ecológico harmonizes perfectly with soft dishes such as rice, cheese, pates, stews , vegetables, fish
