Description

Elaboration:

bruberry is elaborated with grape from the northern zone of the d.o. Montsant, of vineyards of about 25 years of age. The climatology of these areas is Mediterranean with some continental feature, bringing the wine a good acidity and fresh fruits.

Tasting note:

Aroma of Great intensity and freshness, with souvenirs to flowers and wild red fruits. Silky and fresh mouth. Notes of gooseberries, raspberries, blackberries and cranberries.

Pairing:

Bruberry's acidity will contrast well with sausages or with paellas. Maybe, without eating, it will be a pleasant surprise, having sedose tannins and good freshness.
