Philosophy:
Through the biodynamics strong>, a step beyond ecology, vineyards are vivated and raising biodiversity levels: infusions are applied and decoctions of plants to avoid pests, preparations and animal and vegetable compost are elaborated from the garden itself of medicinal plants and cow farm, sheep and grasshors.
Elaboration:
The varieties of grapes that make it up are 47.5% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabeo, 7.5% Chardonnay and 15% Parellada. Each variety is vinified separately. Agin in the bottle for more than 50 months. The touch of added liquor that comes from the centennial "solera" provides the unmistakable signature of the house, symbol of elegance that has made this sparkling wine became a classic. Moderate dosage of 7 grams per liter.

On the nose, it is intense, highlights the mature white fruit, the apple, the peach of vineyard. Citrus notes of lemon skin. Yellow tones, fennel.
