Description

Made from a blend of oak-aged reserve wines from 8 different vintages, a blend of the 3 champagne varieties from more than 40 different plots. Made from 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier grapes.

Aged for 3 years, followed by a further 6 months rest after disgorging to complete its maturity. Addition of between 10-11 g/l. With an elegant, delicate, fresh and generous character, it is a very exquisite champagne for immediate consumption.
