Description

Elaboration:

Viña 25 is a sweet wine obtained from raisins from the Pedro Ximénez variety, prepared by the traditional Jerezano system of soleras and aging. It has an average aging of 8 years in American oak.

Tasting note:

dark mahogany with amber border, very aromatic and deep, with a silky palate, dense and envelope . The wood tones perfectly balance the natural sweetness of the variety.

Pairing:

Serving at 10 - 12ºC. Wine dessert in itself, can accompany puff pastries, pasta and desserts made from fruits or yogurt.
