Description
In the 70s, Benriach took the step of distilling a part of his whiskey with malded barley with peat, recovering the original character and taste of maltas de Speyside Elaborated in the 19th century. Benriach Temporis has been matured for at least 21 years in Four types of barrels Different ones: Bourbon barrels, virgin oak barrels, Olorasorosa barrels and barrels of Jerez Pedro Ximenez. Whiskey from these four woods has been mixed with a master's degree by our master mixer to create a rare whiskey in Speyside, which contains multifaceted caramelized pear notes and tropical fruits, balanced with roasted oak spices, All this seasoned with a smoke of mellow peat.
