Caves Lavernoya is the winery behind the Lacrima Baccus wine and cava brand from Penedés (Catalonia). Following the know-how of their ancestors who in 1890 began the production and aging of wines and cavas, today they continue to produce their products incorporating the best technology to traditional methods.

Their estate has 20 hectares of their own vineyards where native grape varieties such as Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Garnacha are grown, as well as international varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. They work in two different appellations of origin: DO Cava and DO Penedés.
