Tasting note:

Complex and intense. Bright amber color with golden reflections and marked countersunk aromas. In nose there are notes of coffee and caramel. This is the classic amontillado of Jerez, of great body, elegant and balanced. Long, dry and spicy finish.

Pairing:

Perfect to accompany cured cheeses, artichokes, green asparagus, mushrooms and smoked mushrooms, conscommés, mushrooms, bird meats and very spicy dishes .
