Alfonso Oloroso Seco 75 cl.
González ByassDescription
Elaboration:
Alfonso is a dry oloroso with a minimum of 8 years in American oak barrels following the traditional system of criaderas and solera.
Tasting notes: h6>
Notes of dried fruit characteristic of the Palomino grape and a touch of vanilla from its aging in American oak stand out. On the nose it shows intense warm and round aromas, with pronounced aromas of nuts such as walnuts, toasted, vegetable and balsamic notes reminiscent of noble wood and dry leaves. On the palate it is tasty and structured. It has a long permanence in the mouth and complex retronasal aromas.
Pairing:
Served very cold, either in the traditional Jerez tasting glass or in a tall glass, Alfonso is the most appropriate wine for red meats and game. It is also ideal with mushrooms and very cured cheeses.
